Linger is right. If you look at the site, you can see other dates on there where the it's listed as Day-Month (ex. 20-5-18)
Maybe some others will show up and give us a clue. Dirk posted the original photos in the parking lot on May 18. When product comes into port, they are trying to get it out of there as quickly as they can so they aren't paying additional charges to the shipping company after it's cleared loaded on a chassis.

Europe does their dates/months opposite of us, that shipment was actually delivered 5-9, not something to be delivered 9-5. And if I remember correctly, the middle of May is when the footing cages showed up on site.
