I've never really seen it mentioned on this site or any other PC related site. Has anyone ever realized that Carowinds has 3 coasters which cross the state line? The obvious one everybody knows about is Thunder Road. The other two according to PC's map are Vortex and the Goldrusher.

If the great White Lightining was still around it would have made 4 coasters to cross the state line.

NC has exclusive rights to the Cyclone, Hurler, Ricochet and Flying Super Saturator.

SC has exclusive rights to TopGun, Borg, Fairly Odd Coaster, Arnolds Taxi Chase and Reptar.

That's interesting, I never thought of that.

Seems like Borg might be right on the line, but I'm not sure how far to the right it is. It's close though.

Actually from what i understand Borg is exclusive to NC

and i think Vortex and Goldrusher are not on the state lines

I thought part of borg goes in and out of the state line.

I think that vortex's track dosn't go over the state line, but some of its footers are in SC. Figured that out by looking down from the south gate along that row of movie titles on the street. I'm pretty sure that Borg dosn't go over the line, but the horseshoe is pretty darn close.

I think that Borg dosn't go over the state line for a reason. Just easier to have it in one state...

Not sure about vortex, but goldrusher indeed does cross the state line, that's the record it has, first coaster to cross the state line.

According to the map on the official web site of Carowinds, Borg is in SC. As said before Vortex and Goldrusher show on the map as crossing the state line.

I know that this map is not the most reliable source, but that's what it shows.

Borg and FSS come very close to the state line, but look to be completely on one side.
