Exactly, why would they have 3 trains if they would never operate with 3 trains? Will they be able to run multiple trains on the track at the time without having to wait for both trains to hit the break run. I think they'll be able to run multiple trains on the track when they have 3 train operations, but when they have 2 train operations, they'll have to wait until the other train hits the brakes.

The station and brake area can fit three trains. The trains aren’t very long, anyways.
