I lost count how many times I rode the Flyers. I stayed on the Fairly Odd
coaster til I got tired of it. The only wait was 15 minutes for Borg. (The
Canada geese provided much entertainment during my wait. It was a
hilarious war between two groups of goose families. Even the little babies
were getting in on the hissing and charging action.) Top Gun was a walk-on
for the 2nd row. Flying Dutchman was fun as ever, but I gotta remember
to bring a hair scrunchie next time. For those of you with longer hair,
The Flying Dutchman gives you an interesting new "do". So do the Flyers.

The ride-ops for the Flyers were so nice. (Thanks Thomas, Tika, and Christi
for letting me play today.) Donald isn't employed at the
park anymore for anyone who knows who he is.

A lot of people couldn't believe that I came to Carowinds alone to ride
rides without my kids. I was only there for about 2 hours and my kids
don't care. What else should a coaster enthusiast do with precious free
time?

A really fun "Mom's morning out". ;)

Yes, I believe that would be the same guy and yes he was nice.
He usually worked at the Flyers.

Not that any of y'all probably care about this but I saw the albino squirrel
today in Nick Central. Very unusual.

I took the kids back later to see the parade. Pretty much the same as last
year. I enjoyed it though, especially Jimmy Neutron leading the parade
riding a Segway. (I think that's what those things are called.)

I am getting my revenge Thursday, hopefully, it won't be crowded this time.

Two weekends ago that albino squirrel came running out from under the flyers while I was waiting in line. Sad to hear that Donald is no longer there; he was a great guy.

Last year we saw him during the Parade. My kids were more interested in the squirrel than the parade. We looked for him on our last visit and couldn't find him. Was hoping he was still around.
