The Logs on the Logs Flume have been repainted back to their original color, but only part of the fleet.

I mean seriously, why does it matter if the logs change two shades of brown? Its like fretting because the food stands change a type of ketchup.. jeez.. I must agree w/ Cephas and iluvcoasters.... why is it such a big deal?????

I personally enjoy hearing about little changes that take place throughout the park.

I'm the same way at Dollywood...I notice stuff some people couldn't possibly give a damn about...when a trashcan has been relocated...when a sign has gotten a new coat of paint...I get into details.

The way I see it, somebody worked to repaint those logs, and I'm sure that they would be happy know that somebody noticed it.

TO TAKE IT A STEP FURTHER...this is the fourth paint scheme the flume 'keg' logs have had. The original '73 colors were much more detailed to look like real wood. They also had "Danger: Black Powder" stenciled on to the sides as part of the themeing.

It is nice to hear of things changing. There are times I say So What but it is still cool to hear of changes.

Just don't get carried away with the why and get silly rumors going.

I think the color that they are being painted now looks more like a log or what they are now than the light brown.

The logs aren't really logs...there powder kegs. (Hence the ride's original name)
