Thanks Scott. I have a question for everyone here: Why does it matter someone who won a silly contest of beauty visited the park? I mean a woman's who is said to be the most beautiful in the country shouldn't matter to Carowinds as many visitors as they get in one day. They don't do this when one of us visit, and we are basically a form of media just like any News program or paper.

Well, that is one person's opinion. I am sure you would scare the crap out of her before the ride is over. I don't think she is all that pretty, but I care what a girl looks like because there is more to women than looks.

Well, Roller, have you ever heard of something called publicity? That's what it boils down to.

They don't do it for us because we're not "celebrities." Lord knows I don't want my picture taken everytime that I go to the park. (Well, CoasterBruh might...) What "we're" good for (and other satisfied park patrons) is word of mouth. If you enjoy the attractions at the park and have a good time there, spread the word. You might see us as "media;" but, I don't.

Well, for starters RollerNut, she is FROM Charlotte, which may explain why she was at the park...
This isn't CA. and we don't see celebrities everyday out here, so when there is a "siting" people tend to go just a little ga, ga. Personally, I wouldn't have gone out of my way to see her. I can see women just as pretty on a normal drive around town.....
