Night rides on Taxi Chase? Best ERT session ever.

I originally wanted to repeat last year's closing ERT session again (TR and Top Gun.) But, I knew we had to have some Flyer fun. Since it is near Top Gun, I got the Flyers added to the mix. Fairly Oddcoaster was originally going to be the other coaster. Then, I remembered the fun we had on Taxi Jam, so guess what was chosen in the end. These might be the best ERT sessions we have yet.

I'm thinking about adding some takeover times for different rides. If any of you have been to KennyCon, they do this. Everybody just groups together and takes over a ride. Its about what we did with the Goldrusher love fest last year. Look for that on the schedule the day of the event. Yes, I'll think about the bumper cars since somebody suggested it. And the flyers. (Like the majority of you won't be at that ride all day anyway.)

Didn't somebody suggest a snapping contest?

I'll probably need some volunteers to help out with the Amazing Race. At least four.

Well, count this member of the Whootah Crew as attending! I have roped in a guy from work who is going to come as a guest too.

I should be able to get some major rides in on Top Gun as most people will spend every ERT second on the flyers.

Yeah, I may take a ride on Top Gun, but I imagine I will be spending most of the ERT on the flyers and Taxi Chase.

Snapping contest is a great idea. Maybe we can get some great footage of it and send it to <a href='http://www.pkicentral.com/' target='_blank'>You know where</a> for kicks.

May I make a suggestion on the Scooby Shootout? Maybe only have 2 riders per car. This way everyone gets a good shot.

Don't know how I can help with the Amazing Race but let me know and I'll help.

I think we should take over R.R. and Frenzoid. As much noise as we make that could be fun.

As for takeovers for some of the rides, I think it'll be the bumper cars that morning and the Flyers that afternoon. Maybe one more for good measure. I think I'll refer to it as "Assimilation of....." on the actualy schedule.

For those of you have talked about having a snapping contest on the Flyers, here's a challenge for ya! Think of how we could do it, rules, how to judge, etc., and send them to me at my AOL address/email option on my profile.

We've had our first snafu in the schedule. The picnic time is now going to be from 3:30-5:00pm. Turns out that the place that we've had our picnic in years past, the Bandshell/Studio Backlot 3, will be in the process of turning into Nightmare Manor for Scarowinds! Looks like the menu will be about the same. I did drop some hints for something similar to what was served for Nick Central's media day. That was really good. I could have lived off the mac and cheese and corn dogs!

So, I'm in the process of rearranging the tentative schedule. Looks like we'll have the "rACE" earlier and give out prizes and such at the picnic. I love planning stuff like this. There's never a dull moment!
