I'm going to have to go with a hyper-slide with a drop under the bridge.

I put that I'd like a master blaster or a raft ride like PTL used to have where it was like you were going through "rock" canyons and such. That was my favorite ride there.

^I'm with you on the Master Blaster. I've not ridden one yet but I saw the one at <a href='http://www.kalahariresort.com/WI/Waterpark_Rides.aspx?rID=5' target='_blank'>Kalahari Water Park</a> in Wisconsin Dells last weekend and they look like lot's of fun!

How about a "RACING MASTER BLASTER"?

Also, there aren't many of these style water rides in the US so an addition of one would definately make Carowinds stand out in the water park department.

Videos of the <a href='http://www.nbgsintl.com/masterblaster.htm' target='_blank'>Master Blaster</a>.

Taking this quote from the manufacturers web site:
"Master Blaster® may prove to be the most affordable ride in your entire park! Typical Master Blaster® costs range from a low of $500,000 to a high of $1.5 million."

Considering what Carowinds has spent on multi-million dollar coasters in the past, the 1.5 million version would be a drop in the bucket for an incredible attraction.

And the PR department can parket it as a new **Coaster** for the park ;) .

I too mention a master blaster slide complex with 3 slides:

1) Totally open with of course the netting where needed.

2) Totally enclosed as much as possible.

3) One of the family style master blasters.

Told them the theming could be to an off shore piping company that was abandon some years ago and they can have the supports look like fallen trees and run down poles. Also mention having the slides look "patched up" and even have some looking like some structure is falling off of it. Said it would be cool if some water squirts could be added to the actual slide structures so randomly people in the que or where the slides would cross over the walk way would get squirted by the "leaking" pipes. Even mention as the ride gets closer and closer to the ground have it go thru little buildings near the bottom to give it an even cooler look.

Jarvis "who use to want to be an imagineer but realize he would be stuck half theming pixar movie rehashed attractions" Morant!
