July 31st. Incessant rain. My brother and his friends decided to go the carowinds, and i thought, let me tag along. After all, who wants to miss a trip to Carowinds? And boy was I glad that I went. It was raining kind of hard when we went, but it wasn't too bad. We first went on Top Gun two times in a row. The rain hurts your face, especially if your in the front. Then it was off to Flyers. Man that is a fun ride. I snapped pretty well, but I really think it was because of the wind. My brother says that it was just me and he didn't snap at all even with the wind, but then again, I don't think he knows just what a snap is. I still maintain that it was because of the wind. Then my brothers friends little sister wanted to go on some rides, so off to runaway reptar it was. Man, that is a horrible ride. Next then my bro's friend (who's going to be know as S from now on) got sick, so his mom said "only gentle kiddie rides"

After a few "gentle rides" namely fairly odd coaster and Flying Dutchman (which I DO NOT RECOMEND TO ANYONE!!!) it was flyers again. This time i snapped 15 times, but i maintain that it was because of the wind. After that, we had lunch and then it was of to BORG. Only a 10 minute wait!!!! I have never seen it that short, and I usually go on weekdays!!! The rain lubricated it, so it went a little faster. After that, it was off to Cyclone. We went on that, and it wasn't too bad. By the way, Richochet (i think that's misspelled) was closed, but I don't know why. Then it was Vortex and time to go home. it was a great day at Carowinds because the park was pretty empty. I guess people thought it was closed because of rains or something. Either way, enjoyable, and i only wish every day would be like this. I also achieved a goal of going on all four loop coasters in one day, which due to long lines (namely BORG) has never happened before.
