I swear when I read that thing on rrc yesterday, I thought it said season pass mailer NOT sign. That's what i get for reading it first thing in the morning. LOL

I wonder if they're flipping flopping as much for PKD's attraction next year?

Hmmm, I called PKD and Guest Relations new nothing of this. But, I am starting to believe that they will be getting one now. I guess since the info has not been "officially" released, they are hesitant to confirm.

Anyway, I wish Carowinds would hurry and make some sort of announcement!

OK, if two parks are to get the IJST, and PKD is the first, my money is on PGA getting the other. They haven't had a new coaster since 2001, which was Psycho Mouse, and on top of that they lost Stealth last year. So that still leaves the question of what Carowinds will do....Personally, I see either a giant frisbee or giant top spin.

I don't see the waterpark revamp until 2007, and maybe, just maybe, a new coaster in '08?

Unless there has been some land prep somewhere, I don't think Carowinds will be getting an IJ:ST. I mean, PKD has already started clearing things out. Has anyone ridden the Skytower recently? That's always a good way to see what's goin' on in the off-limits areas.

Looks like even the park is keeping options open!

If paramount insists on being premier's biggest customer , then they should at least buy <a href='http://www.rcdb.com/ig427.htm?picture=8' target='_blank'>good</a> coasters and theme them to the IJ. They could even get premier to do good layouts...such as something like <a href='http://www.rcdb.com/ig1574.htm?picture=19' target='_blank'>this</a>. B) At least premier dosn't have problems with their lap bars...


Today on Huler, I noticed that the road leading back into the woods was just a maintence road for some power lines... :unsure:

We need a HUSS Giant Frisbee, there is probably enough room down by hurler and our skycoaster to fit one in. That's a waste of area anyway. The could make a decent sized expansion if they got rid of the skycoaster (not sure how many people ride it...it's just not my thing, and it's very expensive).

well Max, we know for certain BB was the original choice for 2006 expansion so maybe they switched back to that idea and gave PKD our IJ:ST....
