General Carowinds discussion

Americans can never take responsibility for their own stupidity. They always must blame somebody else. I can think of many court case examples.

oh god what BS. I've been on that ride about 5 times (not long ago either), all these "wicked turns" are not wicked at all. In fact, most of the time you move through at chain lift speed. Nothing NEAR enough to even make you snap your neck once, even if it is unexpected. Also, unlike what they are trying to say the park DOES warn people not to ride if they dont want or if they have previous conditions. And it's a friggin dark ride, what did they expect, a straight line course? wtf? This is just like what happened in the 80s and even today where people try to blame murders/suicides on metal music and stuff. Errrrrr.....sorry, this is just one of those things that really frustrates me a lot (if ya cant tell).

The guys obviously wants money. People are too lazy to work, so they would rather sue someone that has made an honest buck

Dolly don't give him a dime!!!

I've ridden this ride at least a dozen times and they only way you could get whiplash is if you were hanging out of the train or something. lol

This is so stupid. Blazing Fury is so slow. There is no "twisting or turning" on this ride. You have three little, but fun drops if you sit in the back and don't have the bar all the way down on your lap.

The ride is not fast, and any idiot knows that it is dark. The park has signs that warn if you can not sit or stand up right don't ride, and health conditions.

He is just a "gold digger" who I bet is just wanting some money.

Dollywood needs to sue him for negligence to heed to warning signs and for false claims about the nature of the ride.

Brain Damage my a**.....Let's hire some poperatzi (spell check time) to follow him around and see if he has "limited mobility." I bet that he still goes to parks as of today. Well, if he does that then that means that he is okay.

Stupid man....what a stupid man.

I tried looking at this from a fair perspective, but I honestly feel these people are simply going after the park for money. (Pretty much agreeing with what everybody else said) If anything, they might have just picked Dollywood in particular because it's associated with a celebrity.

The thought that Blazing Fury could do such to a person is hilarious.

Going by this thread, I should sue carowinds because of chronic upper back pain and whiplash... ;)

Oh yeah, and I need to file my case in 5 years... :P

Well Hurler has been open 11 years, that's about enough time for me to get a case together.

If I was ever going to sue a park for a coaster hurting me that would be SFKK for T2. TERROR SQUARED is right. I thought I was going to have a ruptured disc on that thing! I have never had serious back pain *half way* through a coaster ride!
