Quick Question:

Haven't been to Carowinds in a couple years and don't have the Borg credit. I am planning on getting to it first thing (when the park opens). Am I correct in assuming that this will be the best time to ride it? Does it typically open with the park?

Yes normally it is open first thing.

That is always the "running of the bulls" ride though. Be prepared to get there early if you can or else it will be a long line.

Normally it thins out around 1:00 or so and it's not as busy, but sometimes you can get lucky and only have a 15 minute wait first thing in the morning.

Towards the end of ERT, just head over that way to Borg, unless you plan on doing the Scooby Doo Shoot Out. Just check and see what part of the park are opening up. Going through the path that cuts down the middle of the Borg would be your best bet instead of going around the front. Need more info, just email me or PM me.

I always like to wear a shirt from a park other than the one I'm at. It always makes for good conversation starters.

You wouldn't believe how many people walked up to me at PKI and asked me about Borg when I wore that this year.Even a game op over the loud speaker was saying "hey that guy has ridden borg!!" lol

I work Carowinds shirth to Hershey & Dorney this year and approached severl time asking where stuff was like i worked there and even one person commented that he loved Carowinds and wants to go back.

I even ran into the GM of Dorney and he commented on my shirt.
