Does anyone know if there is anything in the attic of Scooby's Haunt or is it just un-useable space, or is there any space at all above the attraction?

Just curious after looking at a pic I took. <a href='http://www.pbase.com/foreseer/image/38943186' target='_blank'>Scooby</a>

I don't think anything is up there. Just empty space.

Maybe after the Scooby franchise runs out it can be converted into a 2 story Adams Family haunt. That would be pretty cool.

Maybe we can put all the dead bodies of the people who complain about next year's attraction up there.

It is more than likely one of two things:
1)Nothing is there as the center of building could be hollow.
2)It is a storage space, my vote is for #2.

They would age perfectly for Scarowinds, providing we get news by then.

Or the dead bodies of those awful country singers that used to sing in that building when it was a theatre. lol

Yeah, esp because Julie Roberts used to sing there. Talking about awful, she was only Mercury Records top artist in 2004, going on a national tour with Rascal Flatts and now getting paid big bucks to sing that awful music all over the country..... geeze those people didn't amount to anything!!

^Calm down skippy.... He was joking.

Anyway, I vote for the "dead body of people who are going to complain about next year's attraction" thing.

Remember this building used to be Harmony Hall and required the tall ceiling for lighting and effects. The building now has a drop ceiling, so there is no useable space up there. But keep hypothesizing, it’s more fun that way.

Your right about Harmony Hall but I never went in it so I was curious if it was just a drop cieling or if they actually made it a solid cieling. I've never looked up while in Scooby Doo, I'm too darn busy trying to get me some Scooby Snacks. :D

I work at Scooby Doo. And if you look to your right just before you exit the car there is a ladder that you can climb to get to the ceiling. You have to look good because the ladder is black so it matches the black wall. But from what I hear there is nothing up there except mabe some wiring and stuff like that.
