Hey all, I am playing around with some new software that will convert 2D pictures and movies into 3D. It supports many different formats but seeing how not everyone has the different colored glasses or the polaroid style glasses I made them into a simpler form.
If you can cross your eyes you can see the image. I'm sure most of us have seen these types before but for those who have not here's how to see the 3D.
1. Sit about 4-5 feet back from the monitor. The closer you are the more you have to cross your eyes so 4-5 feet back works best with less strain.
2. Look at the dividing line in between the pictures.
3. Start crossing your eyes untill the "Center" picture becomes clear. There will be one picture on the left and one on the right that will be out of focus but the one in the middle will have the 3D affect.
I found it easier to find an object to focus on before I start crossing my eyes.
I have a 26" widescreen H.D. monitor so I hope the pictures come out in a good size for everyone. Let me know what you think as I am just starting to learn this program for pictures. Movies will be next but I'm afraid you'll have to have glasses for that.
