Yes, I really wanted this in a way. I hope they put it in a jungle enviorment to make it fit a theme and probably make it cooler.

I'm confused. How does a jungle enviroment fit the Boomerang Bay theme? When I think of Australia, I don't think of Jungles. I think of open plains, huge coast lines, Crocs, Great Whites, Boomerangs and Fosters (Great Beer)!

Yes...I was hoping for this since next summer I plan to be (hopefully) a lifeguard at the waterpark...come on the great tan! I haven't got my season pass yet....but hopefully I will get to visit the park once before Scarowinds since I have only been once this year (way back in may!)

And hmm, who originally predicted right when the sandcastle was removed but was thrown off when Frenzoid removal started.

Actually, BB wasn't the choice for next year at one point as I was told. Then, it came down to two different choices, one of them obviously was BB and the other that I don't know what it was. So, we wound up with BB. But, I think a blind man could have predicted that was probably the way the park would have gone.


Now, for some Speedo shopping!

I'm happy to see the BB expansion. The past few years i've only been able to spend about 2-3hrs b/c it get's so crowded, and the lines can be very long. Hopefully the expansion will give more tubes (lower lines per tube), and some shade so that the walkways dont get quite so gosh darn hot. I've got a feeling that now that my dad has a job again and this will be our closest waterpark, they can count on at least me and my mom getting a season pass for next year!!

I would love to see them add a wave pool like at Emerald Pointe.....great tsunami like wave!

Well here we are again the park takes out another thrill ride and does not build one to replace it. Now we are down to 2 thrill rides. I am still happy to see something worth rideing takeing its place but the fact remains that the park is way overdue for a new thrill ride. I will keep my hopes up for next year but at the same time I can not help but be disappointed. :unsure: One thing I can say is it will bring down some of the crowd for the other rides.

well, i would be dissappointed about losing one of our few thrill ride flat rides, except that i never cared for inverter ships, i would love if they would convert it into just a swinging ship and move it somewhere else in the park...to me that would add a flat since before i never rode it.

Round of applause to thrillseeker for being the party pooper lol lol! The park hasnt said hey what is gonna happen to frenziod and being that they are taking it down piece by piece and laying it accordingly instead of doing the great gasp treatment or better yet the looping starship treatment to it who knows whats gonna happen to it at this point...
