I was told in training and certification that you can not swing between cars, jump track, ect. The only way that you can cross a unit is that if you ask to cross and the driver gives you the all clear with one had up and the other saying to cross. Im not sure how yall do things in Area 4 but thats how its done in Area 3. Also I would do the way we are trained to do, not what the TL say is ok.
