That was the most adorable thing I have ever seen! What a way for Carowinds to add some "spice" to Nick. central! The whole "pie in the face" act was hilarious. It makes me wish I was all young again so I can still ride the "kiddy rides". Unfortunatly, Im too tall =(. But yea, I loved the parade. It made me feel all...joyful... Are they going to do it through out the whole summer?

the parade is only for a short time but it is a very well crafted thing if I must say so myself. Last year I found myself just going to the park around 4-5 just to see the parade! If anything at paramount parks is disney quality then it has to be the celebration parade!

So does anyone know if any new floats are invloved this year? :unsure:

I agree Jarvis. The parade is awesome, but far too short.

Same could be said for the Winterfest parade.

but I know those floats are not cheap as well.

The parade is very fun to watch. I'm actually in the parade this year after missing the casting the last 2 years. It's so much fun dancing and singing for 30 min bringing smiles to all the kids faces. I'll usually bring a kid out on the parade route to dance with durring show stops. It just makes their day.

Also no new floats were added this year. A float was removed for last years but they added Dora & Danny Phantom last year also.

The parade is every weekend through May 28th and Monday may 29th.

i like the parade only because it removes all the kids from the flyers.. it blocks out half the park though! which is kind of annoying b/c there is no way to get from hurler to nick central thru the quicker way

it is of course a big attraction for families however and appears to be well designed b/c it gets a lot of people, but frankly im not that interested.

it was a smart move and as long as the parade is there, it keeps families coming in. This raises revenue which allows the park to purchase good rides, like a hyper.. cough

oh and my bet is they'll get it to revisit or extended again like last year.. what was it a month extra?
