^ That is something I wish the ride ops would do more on their own.

Not just: "Enjoy you ride." with a lackluster look on their faces.

I love parks where they make each ride an 'event' and get you all hyped up.

Although I do like the guy on TR Silver that says "Have a super dooper ride!" lol he's funny.

Did you ride Ricochet? Many people don't mention this little thriller but IMO, it ranks right up there in the scary thrill factors.

I DISPISE Ricochet...omg I hate that ride. I dunno why but it just bothers me. The only reason I went on was because my friend Rachel that dosen't get on roller coasters wanted to do it. :angry:

I just wanted to note, but don't want to start an argument, that I was among the first to ride Ricochet on its media day, and many times following that in its first weekends of operation. The only times the top trims (minus the last trim before the downward curve which still hits a little bit) hit the car are when the cars are stacking up REALLY badly below, or when there was recently an e-stop and the ride is resetting itself. I've ridden it MANY many times since its media day and the top trims have never hit. I remember commenting how awesome the near-trimless ride was on media day and the weekend after.

Maybe a lot of you just have crappy luck!

Regardless, I love the way the ride is running now. I just wish Mack had been a bit more creative with the layout of the ride. The long straightaway could have been a nice drop (i.e. the Arrow mouse at the Myrtle Beach Pavilion).

I've never had a trim brake on the top layer except the one just before the top curve over the station. Even on media day, I was getting trims on that one. I have had some very light trims though and some that were a bit too much. The zig-zags have always been full steam for me. I have also been completely stopped on the 2nd layer because cars were stacking. Still, it's too bad they can't run it like they run the one at Hersheypark. State won't allow it though.

Hello again all!

Its (TOPGunUkno) I wrote this trip report.
Im back again because....

Im soo excited because next friday or saturday, I shall be going to carowinds again with about 3 of my dance team friends! If you are going to be there, Ill be the dork dancing around the Nick section of the park. The music is a little cheesy but hey, its music =). I really love embarassing my friends (well, the ones that get embarassed easily) by dancing while I walk and singing. I love attention. Im an attention getter. Why just stand in the crowd and blend in when you can stand out?

Why WALK to TOP GUN when you can DANCE to it? =)

Plus, I love trying to put a smile on some of the workers faces because some of them look so down and bored =(.
