I would imagine there is an exclusive Trek license for Trek The Experience seperate from the Paramount License. Granted, Trek is a Paramount Property, but Trek its self is still almost seperate. IIRC, Gene Roddenberry's wife may still own some rights (although I could be wrong). As long as Hilton actually owns the attraction, I think it would be safe to say that if CF wanted out of that Mgt. contract, as with Bonfonte, the actual owners (in this case Hilton Las Vegas) could/would take it over. That is one attraction that simply wouldn't work without the license as EVERYTHING is licensed, so they'd have to shut it down if there were licensing issues (although I highly doubt Paramount would want to stop the licensing, I mean, they sell a lot of their own licensed merch. thur there and as a Trek themed attraction, it is really popular). Garsh, I miss Las Vegas!
