Agreed (on both).

This coaster is simply INSANE!

I'll be uploading my own pics this week and will try to piece together a video soon of my trip.

You mean you guys like Voyage better than....The Beast?

Sorry, it's just that I've read SO many freaking posts on various forums the last few days from those who obviously rarely leave Ohio that tend to go like "Voyage is my favorite coaster evar! It's even better than teh BEAST! ZOMG!"

I have read enough opinions from those "in the know" though to where I realized that Voyage does, indeed, live up to the hype. Hopefully I can get up there later this year.

Ok enough of that. lol

Here's a preview for you guys.

Here's Jonathan getting strapped in for Legend. Who needs Voyage?

Image

Here's Jonathan and 1000 of us out for the photo shoot.
Note: That is not the 1st hill! And it's over 100 feet tall!

Image

Oh no! Jonathan stole some wheels off of Voyage! Or was it Legend. Hmmm...
And what is up with Alan?

Image

And I couldn't leave without giving you at least one shot of Voyage.
Oh no! Voyage has been eaten by a tree!

More to come.

Bit of a long haul from Holiday World to Six Flags Suck Louis and back to Holiday World for the first night night there Wes. Bet traffic near St. Louis was abit crowded on a friday of Memorial Day Weekend?

Hate I missed the fun but more pressing things came up at the last minute to the tune of almost three million bucks in damages at work. Plus I had doubts I could have got 48 rides in a day. Looks like a great time indeed from what I hear. Glad you got the chance to take a Fantastic Voyage.

I really liked the Voyage. But, I've got some reservations about it. Its not number one in my book as of right now. Legend still retains that spot for now. You can get the details slowly in myspace blog.

Yeah it made for a long day, but I have a SF season pass, so I figured I could at least go over and get some credits for free. :) Plus I thought St. Louis was actually a pretty nice park. A whole lot nicer than SFA or SFKK!

Actually traffic wasn't too awful in St. Louis, just basically one bad spot trying to get back on I-64 near downtown.

St. Louis has the most confusing downtown I've ever seen. They have like 5 or 6 interstates converging at once within a mile of each other!

Jonathan...

I do not remember you taking that pic of me after my first ride on Voyage! I must have really been in shock worse than I thought.

Oh, and my face is STILL stuck like that. I'm going to the dr. today about it.

^Hmmmm... are being serious? If so, then no I didn't even know you were going and didn't see you.

This is the scariest thing of all my pics... number of miles driven in 5 days! <a href='http://community.webshots.com/photo/550967067/2710688320054618143gEnGFF' target='_blank'>http://community.webshots.com/photo/550967...054618143gEnGFF</a>

Here's the rest of my pics:

Dollywood - <a href='http://community.webshots.com/album/550967067hEgkib' target='_blank'>http://community.webshots.com/album/550967067hEgkib</a>

Beech Bend - <a href='http://community.webshots.com/album/550956415UVYGvv' target='_blank'>http://community.webshots.com/album/550956415UVYGvv</a>

Six Flags St. Louis - <a href='http://community.webshots.com/album/550959228QAdctq' target='_blank'>http://community.webshots.com/album/550959228QAdctq</a>

And as far as SFKK and SFA, both parks lacked very much to me. But the coasters were good at SFA.

There were no tripod sightings there! Although that morning in the waterpark, I almost expecting to see you to come running out in that bathing suit.

Nice photos, Wes, although odd that you had more from St. Louis than anything!

Here is my Beech Bend trip report and photos: <a href='http://jonathanhawkins.net/index.php/tr-rumblefest/' target='_blank'>http://jonathanhawkins.net/index.php/tr-rumblefest/</a>
