Since this is park related that I guess I will attempt to hit parks that I have not been to yet (SFMM, Knott's, SFNE, etc) while hitting the same old bunch (Carowinds, SFOG, Dollywood, Florida Parks, The Point, etc.).

I also want to up the count up to over 300 this year. I think I can get 80 or so new ones.

Just want to enjoy the year mainly.

This year I plan to try to ride Goldrusher as many times as possible. Also think about that big boat that use to be at the park.

2004 Park List:

Definates: Dollywood, Cedar Point(Finally!), SFOG, Kings Dominion, Busch Gardens Williamsburg, Carowinds, a few of the smaller parks as well.

Possibilities: Hersheypark. Maybe Orlando, if we have enough time around the Holidays.

I'll also visit some of the MB Parks, but nothing very amazing there other than the Swamp Fox.

I never do the new years thing but this year is a must. Since i am going back to pki this summer i am going to get on son of beast this time no matter how bad my head hurts from the beast. Also i am going to try to get myself on delirium but from what my cousin told me it can get your tummy better then drop zone at pki. I can only take so much. With my condition and everything. I havent even gotten on the drop zone at pki. What do you guys think?

Drop Zone at PKI is a thousand times better than the one at Carowinds.
Son of Beast is awesome too, but a little rough.

This year, I'm going to ride Top Gun front row for the second time! I did it once and never waited for it again because I hate really long lines if I have already ridden a ride.

If you are going to try Myrtle Beach, you may want to try The Hurricane at the Pavilon. It beats the Swamp Fox by far. Actually, The Hurricane is far better than any wooden rollercoaster at Carowinds. Just my opinion, but go check it out yourself!

Yea, when it opened a few years ago! Now it's the roughest pile of wood on the east coast. Wooden Coasters are built to provide a nice jolty expierience (as in HURLER), but MBP just does not know how to maintain one. I'm sure the saltwater coming off the Atlantic has something to do with the ride's problems, but they would have been much better off building a Morgan or Arrow Jr. Hyper wrather than a woodie.

Worth a ride? YES
Better than Swamp Fox? I think Not.

The thing is that I really love the Hurricane. But, the shape its in right now just leaves me cold towards it. A friend and myself got some of the most incredible night rides on it a few years ago. That's the only reason that I want the Pavilion to move so they have to rebuild it. Either that or we can go kidnap Jeff Hammersley from Holiday World and take him for an extended Myrtle Beach vacation to perform some much needed maintenance on the 'cane.

My resolution for Carowinds to get a Season Pass for the first time ever(at any park).
Also, I will stop putting the park down. Ever since I've moved down here (3 years ago), I've compared it to Cedar Point and others like PKD or PKI, and said how much it sucked. But now that we have TCFKAS, it helps. I think that the park is starting to go into the right direction now, and it will make for something to look forward to.

The park does suck man we all know that just some of us dont admit it. Like you said though they are heading in the right direction. I just think that they need a coaster higher then 115ft. I dont know if it has something to do with the airport being near by or what but geez something needs to be done.

Carowinds Can build as high as they want, they are not close enough to the airport to be under height restrictions.

Carowinds does not suck! so they haven't built a 400 ft tall coaster WHO CARES! not me, just becase it's not a cedar point or SFMM dosen't make it suck!

So everyone thinks Carowinds suck? Not sure where you get that idea from but each its own I guess.

Just go to the park and enjoy yourself.
