Yesterday, my friend and I decided to go to the park after she got off at work. Some of my other friends had went earlier in the day said that it was crowded with a lot of youth groups.

But we still went. It was not crowded at all.

We rode the usuals, plus a few others such as Scooby Doo, I mean Fairly Odd Parents Coaster, Wild Thornberrys Adventure, Adventures in Hannah Barbera Land...basically ones that we hardly ever do.

And we rode the flyers...my first ride ever on them.

They are so much fun! It is just as much fun standing in line for them as it is riding them. I watched people snap them and tried to learn how to do it while in line.

The time came and it was time to ride.

I climbed on, it started turning, and I was off.

It took me a few rounds to get the hand of it, and them finally it happened! I started snapping. It is so much fun to go up high, come back down, stall for a second, then get snapped up toward the sky! It actual scared me a bit the first time, since the cables shook and make noises and all, but it was totally awesome!

I can not wait to go back the week after next to ride them again! They are so much fun, and snapping really is not hard at all!

I rode three times today, but didn't even get a single snap. I guess what was on my mind was distracting me because I couldn't do anything.

I was at the park today. My back is still aching from all the snapping. I think my ride count is up to 111... B)

I've lost count lol.

Oh and everyone avoid tub #1. It's a dud IMO.

It takes a long time to get it snapping.

This is one of those rare rides where it's almost as fun to watch as it is to ride. There were some kids getting the snap on Saturday.

I'm not the best at describing this without visuals lol.

Basically you want the tub to bottom out.

After you get up to speed start turning the rudder very slowly. Outward, then inward, etc etc. You want it to start getting in a groove.

When you start getting higher turn it inward really quickly and this will cause it to start bottoming out.

When you bottom out I always turn my rudder straight forward, then as the cables get slack in them, turn outward and bingo you fly way up high.

Repeat until silly with pleasure.
