Actualy it was removed because it was falling apart but most of all it was a short haunt. Carowinds has some awesome ideas in the works for this year and that includes bigger, longer and more elaborate haunts.

This will truely be the best year i think, I have heard some of the plans for a few of the houses and i was personally suprised. Not quite up with HHN but maybe in 5 years it will.

If you put the station there it would definitely be possible for the third drop to go under the bridge.

Time to veer this baby back on the road. I think there is potential for the Halloween Event at Carowinds to turn into something special, but as with anything it will take time for that to take place. I have not been to the Halloween Event in a number years since the last time I went it just plain and outright sucked. Plus I tend to have other trips planned to parks that have really great Halloween Events each year (Halloween Horror Nights at Universal Florida and Howl-O-Scream in Tampa). I am sure Jarvis can attest to the quality of HHN.

Now I have plans to attend the Halloween Event at Carowinds this year just because it is a Cedar Fair Park and lets face it. They know how to put a Halloween Event on. A prime example is the Grand Daddy of them all, The Haunt at Knotts.

I hope the event turns out to be worth my time this year.

If Carowinds isn't owned by Paramount anymore, how come their website keeps saying PARAMOUNT'S Carowinds instead of just Carowinds? :blink: :unsure:

We have no control over Cedar Fair. I'm sure they will drop the name at the end of the year.

It just makes for a cleaner transition to not change things until the season is over.
