True, but look at the CF parks (Pre-Paramount buyout) that didn't have a hyper and why:
Correct me if I'm wrong, but that would only be MiA & Geauga (who had one planned in the six flags days, but was scrapped), wouldn't it? And I can see why, they don't have the attendance for it.
But that is the only CF park that doesn't have a 200 footer. Granted, Knott's 'hyper' is non-traditional, but the park has space limitations.
I wouldn't be too suprised to see some morgan hypers pop up eventually at a couple Paramount Parks.
But I think Carowinds needs major thrill flat improvements myself.
