I just received a new survey from Paramount today. Here are the 2 things that were discussed:

1. A new Lego Themed area for kids.
2. Adding more Sponge Bob for kids.

Both were targeted for kids 3-12.

I personally would like to see a major Lego themed area over Sponge Bob just for the simple fact on how long Lego’s have been around. But on the same hand that might leave out the interest on the girls. I think more girls with Sponge Bob than play with Lego’s.

What do you all think?

i think they should put in lego, they already have nickolodeon stuff,some girls like legos too,

speaking of survey's i don't know if any of you guys got it but it was a survey to see what carowinds should get for 2004, somhow they found out my name,it creeped me out (alot) :blink: there was only about 10 questions that i can remember.

maybe that's why they wanted the flying coaster,cause there was a box and you typed in what you wanted,i put giga coaster or flying coaster

I don't like either one of those. We've got to much Spongebob as it is, and building a Lego themed land would steal thunder off of the Legoland themeparks.

I'd much wrather see more Scooby Doo and Flintstones, but SBSP is the "hip" thing right now.....

Well thats whats great about the survey's... you can tell them how much you don't like it.

I agree though, I don't like the Lego idea.

Personaly i think that they should build a flat ride next year it is something that the park really needs. They have been building kid rides for years it is about time that we have our time for some good rides for 2 years at least.

I personally like the idea of a lego-themed area. Lego's are timeless, or at least I think they'll be around longer than Nickelodeon, or at least Spongebob.

Haha, it'd be like the McDonald happy meals, with the boys' toys or girls' toys. You could have half of it Lego, and half barbie. LOL! Just think of the possibilities with that combination.

OMG I HATE SPONGEBOB! If they do more spongebob stuff i will be annoyed. He gives me a headac (sp?).

There's already Lego Land in California (correct me if I'm wrong). Whatever this theme may be it seems like it might replace Animation Station or Zoom Zone.
Yes, I like the idea of having Spongebob as a themeing area, but that's not the direction that the park should go in. They should try concentrate on all Nick characters like they do now.

I'am sure the survey diden't include carowinds. I'am sure another park will be getting a new kids area. If it were Carowinds i would go with lego theme.

I think the fact that Carowinds was posted on the survey I think that might be talking of Carowinds. Of course it did not set any dates but it did seem a bit more urgent than the other surveys I took last year.
