This will be short...
I must say that I have not seen the park so empty in a very long time and yet...operations rocked!
I had an hour to kill yesterday and used ye olde Max(x) Pass to get in and there couldn't have been more than a couple hundred cars in the parking lot.
Better yet, most people seemed to think of the water park only and as a result everything and I mean everything was a walk on.
Front row Top Gun? - No problem...1 train to a walk-on wait.
Phantom Flyers? - I walked up and it looked closed, because noone was waiting!
Hurler (and da super groovy krew) - Walk on - front row.
It was stinking hot, so I just rode my favorites and left.
But except for the heat, it was a great day to go to the park. The ride ops seemed shocked to see riders half the time.
Oh and kudos to the park for TWO train operations on every coaster I rode. Even though One train would have been fine.
