And why is that? It always seems to be that the Backward side always has longer lines than forward. Not that either side has very long lines. Just stagger the operating hours. One side from open til mid-day, the other from mid-day until close. Then you reduce operating costs while keeping the ride open with both going mid-day.

A coaster is made to be running and enjoyed. Otherwise it is useless with some slight visual appeal.
