Okay. Here it goes. This is going to be long.

I went on a Sat. SATURDAY. Of course it was VERY VERY busy.

Im going to break this down by RIDES.

First was TOP GUN. The line was all the way out to the end of the little fence thing! It went fast tho. Everyone was dripping SWEAT. Nasty. Of course, someone had to do SOMETHING to make everyone mad. These high schoolers decide they want to ride with their friends. They run past everyone in line. They skip over the railings and got to the FRONT of the line. That pissed me OFF so bad. Then they were loud on the ride. Not fun woo hoo loud. No, ridciously loud. Everyone in line was very mad. One girl got on the ride, and when the train came back see went under the bar and got back IN line ahead of everyone else to ride with her friends that didnt get on it with her. RIDICULOUS. Then, on top of this, I was waiting for the front ride. When as always, is the longer line. These THREE people "cut" in front because they friend was blind. Now I'm not trying to sound mean or anything but I dont care if your blind. You should wait in line like everyone else. I would be blind too if I closed my eyes. That made me mad. I went on Top Gun MUCH later. Line was shorter. Thank you god. I wanted to ride it at night just before the park closed but I was stuck in the line at VORTEX for 30 minutes. This brings me to my next rant.

VORTEX. The line was SHORT. SHORT. So I decicded to get on it with my finance. He never rode it before. What happens? Some one cuts in line. WHAT HAPPENS NEXT? A girl calls them out. She says "He fronted everyone in line yadda yadda/' The boy (who is already buckled up in the ride) is really embarrased. He DID front. I yelled out too "I SAW HIM FRONT TOO HE SHOULDNT BE ABLE TO RIDE" Then the girl in front of me said something too. But seeing as how this IS CAROWINDS, they aint doing a thing about it. If this was the park I went to before that had the rule IF YOU CUT U GET KICKED OUT OF THE PARK, he would of be outta there. No. Carowinds dont do a thing about it. They need to change that. Its ridiculous. All that commotion made me late for top gun! It was closed when I got over there. I only rode vortex once. I still regret it! Way too uncomfortable....like HURLER!

Good holy moly that ride was bumpy. I seriously must of hurt something. That can't be safe to have a ride that bumpy. But you kno what? I rode it a total of at least 6 times within the two days I was there. I couldn't help myself! I had to ride it by myself because my fiance almost threw up after riding top gun twice without getting off. So I got on Hurler by myself. The ride operator hit on me. My fiance was very very mad. But the boy was like in high school so it really wasn't a big deal. No Matter how many times I rode it, it couldnt' compare to THUNDERROAD....

I was so mad. I came the messege boards the morning of and saw that it was closed. I would have cancelled my ride in all honesty. That is our fave ride. I prayed sat that they would open it. I was riding top gun and looked to my right and it was WORKING on sunday. forwards only unfortunately but we ran over there right away! YES! over and over and over again I rode that ride! BACKWARDS would of been better but..... yea. It is broken down or somtehing?

Perhaps like BORG was sunday for while? Surprise Surprise. I wanted to ride it so bad. I ran over there because the line was short. I soon found out why. It was having problems AGAIN. I stood there for 20 minutes watching people walk out of the line. Then I saw a train with people on it. They let us in the line. It went pretty fast cuz half the people left. Ride was crazy. Its been a while since I rode it because I didnt feel like waiting in line for it last year. LOL. I rode it again on Sunday by myself. I loved it. I still like TOP GUN more of course. If they wanted to knock down the Borg to put something BETTER im all for it....like an bigger CYCLONE...

I will always love this ride. But I just wish it was LONGER like the one at BUSCH GARDENS! I rode it LOTS LOTS of times. The lines on Sunday were non existent.

The log ride, I didnt even look at because the line was so far stretched out it was blocking the walkway traffic. The rapids stretched out pass the entrance of the ride. I didnt even take a second glace. The flying super what ever needs to hurry up and go. I dont like being wet when I dont want to be. I always forget that it does that. LOL. It was almost closing time sat night and I was walking past the ride and these two girls were SOAKED. Their mom was yelling at them. It was hilarious. The girls are like MOM WE DIDNT MEAN TOO. THEM UP THERE THEY POURED IT ON US! THEY DID! Their mom felt bad for yelling at them. Man it was a funny site.

Gold Rusher....nah..

SOUTHERN STAR. MY...o MY... I road it. Part of the ride should be the part where they squeezed your boobs (pardon my language) and your lower area when the restraints are turn on. They didnt warn me the first time! It hurt! But wow. That is one ride that I will be practically living on next year. I said I would never ride it...due to a bad expirence years ago...when I was five...I'd rather not talk about it...lol But funny thing happened. My fiance had mints in his pock.et They fell out of course. All you heard was a SPLAT and the mints busted out of the container out into the waiting area. Now that was an example of what will happen if you fell out. Guts everywhere. Ha Ha.

What else am I missing? MMmm....

DROPZONE. Yea right. Like i'm actually going to ride on that death trap. Ha.

BOOMERANG BAY. Wonderful. I loved it! Wow. I finally went on a tube ride. I dont really like tight spaces but I did it....TWICE. =] The lazy rivers water must be toxic cause I was blind for about 30 minutes after getting off. But the water everywhere else was fine. If it was possible to sweat in water, I would of been in that small wave pool. Im used to the one at wet and wild emerald pointe. That water was not cold. Too many people in it. I REALLY love how the close the water park rides at 7 not a second earlier. I wished they did that for the coasters!

WINGS CAFE. I miss how it was last year. Free refills, LIDS ON CUPS! WHATS WITH THAT?NO LIDs? Is that being cheap or is there another reason?

I know I'm probaly forggetting somthings. But I had a BLAST overall. Sunday was much better. MUCH MUCH.

All I had a problem with was
PEOPLE FRONTING IN LINES
PEOPLE FRONTING IN LINES
THEM DARN BASKETBALLS HITTING ME! people need to hold their balls! really...There are no hoops around so just hold them. sHEESH.
Carowinds needs to care more about their guest. And the rules need to
be more strict. If you front, you should get kicked out the park. Period. Next time me and my fiance are going to that park that does that! I forget where it was...Hershey park...ummm...Six flags? Dorney Park? I think it was busch gardens. But anyways. Thanks for reading!

P.s. Out of curiousity, why do they keep the skytower's cabin up in the sky when the park closes? I was going crazy wondering why! Lol. <_<

Drop Zone isn't that bad! I rode it for the first time a few weeks ago. I am not fond of heights(but yet like coasters), but got off and was like "that was all there is to that ride?". Don't be afraid of something cause of a freak accident(s). The same could be said about flying or driving in Charlotte. Actually have much better chance of getting killed in Charlotte than something happening on that ride.
Too bad you had some kids acting afool. Slap'em next time.
