[Thriller]

While enjoying my sunday trip to carowinds, I noticed more management walking through the park and keeping an eye on things more than I have in the past. Many times, I saw and heard management preaching to employees and taking action on their actions. This poor little dippin dots girl got it pretty good from here manager for not attending to customers, but instead of talking to another employee. The manager called her out right in front of me. The manager done it in a respectful manner, but made his point very clear. Another manager (wearing a business suit) got all up on this dude (employee) that seemed to be a little hyper that day. He was running down the path way right there at the VR gone wild stand yelling at some other employee (not being mean, but just being loud) and she stopped him in his track and just let him have it. She done what was right and did not mind letting everyone hear it. It also seems that the boys have found some belts to keep the pants up and everyone looked to be halfway glad to have a job. So, I think things are getting much better and management must have noticed what we have talked about on here. Get 'em Carowinds!!!

Nope. The crew working in the morning when I rode was very nice and did a good job on moving the line quickly. I can say that I was immpressed with this change in the park.
