Thanks to my newly empowered status as a forum moderator in the "Going To The Park" forum, I have deleted a whopping 4 porn threads from CCC in the past month or so.

The one I deleted yesterday morning, the spammer was still logged in when I deleted it.

I wonder if it's the same person doing this? RollerNut? j/k

Nice thread! I hope everyone complies and posts what they have deleted so far, should make for some interesting stats.

I will say that before the new mods came along I was deleting probably 3 spam threads a week, but since then I haven't seen that much at all maybe 2 or 3 total.

Keep up the great work guys, and thanks for all your help!

Probably done 5 or so here - and I too have seen the spammer in the "now viewing" list as I was deleting it.

I think the majority have been the "Paris Hilton" one, although I saw one for refinancing or insurance or something.

Since I get into work early in the a.m. it seems I catch a lot of them.

I've deleted at least 10 so far and most of them porn. One had pics too.

Just minutes ago I deleted yet another porn spam site posted in the trip reports sections of CCC.

I have noticed a similarity in the posters information to that of previous posters who spam these sites which leads me to believe some of these are coming from the same person.

The profile for "abralpani", the latest spammer, listed their favorite park as "google" and their favorite carowinds ride as "Lebanon". I have noticed these same names used in prior information given by spammers in CCC.

Has anyone else noticed these names with sites they've deleted?

Those are spam bots. They search out sites and spam. I get alot of them over at Coasterfanatics. I think I kill about 10 plus a day over there.
