I was just wondering if there are any carowinds traditions that any has heard of/taken part in. I'm talking about things like picking your nose going through a certain on-ride-photo or something like that.

Does the gum wall at the Cyclone count as one? Seems to be a tradition for a lot of people.

Try to see how many Dippin' Dots and Funnel Cakes I can eat during a day.

As a rule, I also normally start the day off with Thunder Road. Seems like things just don't feel right if I have not rode around a few times on it.

Well, a rather obvious one that I always make a point of is going to the State Line sign just inside the Main entrance and standing with my feet spread so that I'm in both the Carolinas at once.

I've been alot of times when Cyclone was a walk on, well everything but front row...

When I go in through the main entrance I stradle both states at once too.

I only been to the park twice but I am going to start a tradtion. Maybe I will do something like ride top gun first or ride thunder road. One of the tradions is that I am going to get a season pass.!

your lucky that you get to have one,i live 2 hours away and i can't drive yet so i can't get one,but as soon as i can drive i am getting one.

I live at least 6 hours away and my parents drive me there I live 40 miles away from savannah, ga in sc. I still get a pass. Your right i am lucky

I have one as well. Every day that i went for the last 10 years i always ride TR first, and i go over 50 times a year. Even with the new coaster i will hit TR first.

Usually the first thing we do when hitting the park is go straight to the bathroom
Then grab a funnel cake out on the way out. Last coaster we ride...the Hurler.

I also ride TR first, because its usually a walk-on at the beginning of the day. I will probably get a season pass this year, cuz i only live about 30 mins away.

looks like thunder road first ride wins it personaly i have no tradition i go usually at least once a week or more so i guess thats one i live in york the city not county so its not a big hassle to go
