Before anyone asked what No Coaster Con is, It is a non coaster riding event held close to Six Flags Great America in January. There was alot of things presented at this meeting. I only included what was related to Carowinds. But it seem that SOB is getting more work on it and the new Sign at PKI should be up by early summer.

I just talked to one of the operations managers and I was offered my job back this year. I have requested that I am a Team Leader for Borg, I acutally learned the name of it two weeks ago, but was unable to share it. I am hoping that, that is where they place me. I will go in a few weeks for team leader training and hopefully all of the Team Leaders will get to ride it. That is what I was told, if the trains are on and they have finished some initial testing. I will let you guys know what its conditions look like up close and the Vortex thing when I go. Hopefully we can ride it when training begins. The lines on it this year are probably going to be REAL long.

Yeah, really long with the low Vekonoma Ride capacity. Grumble...why couldn't we get a B&M?!

At least we got a new large roller coaster this year!
