Isn't Thunder Road's turnaround in North Carolina while the station is in South Carolina?

I thought it was built on the State Line? At the top of the hill it has SC on one side and NC on the other. Or was that just naming the coasters when racers?? You ride on SC racer or NC racer? :unsure:

I've always heard "You race through two states" regardless of which train.

I looked at one of my maps from last year, and half way out, you cross the state line (SC into NC). So both trains go through both states.
