Obviously my opinion is going to be biased... but that's three accidents of the millions of people visiting parks, much less likely than a car accident. Ill even take his own example here, so the guy has a heart attack ( a natural occurrence) while in line for a ride, and supposedly, having wider queues would have saved him. So, what if he had a heart attack in his car? does that make it the cars fault that he died? ( bad example I know, but it gets the point across)

I'm just wondering if this guy has heard of Darwin's theory...

That's an excerpt from the book that contains three accidents -- I don't know how many accidents he mentions in the book. But yeah, the heart attack could have happened anywhere.
