Well, HRP commercials have been floating around the SHAAAAALOTTTEEE TV Stream, and I must say, I am dissapointed.
It's some random person acting in some way like a rockstar and flashing on the screen is 'Musta Been To Hard Rock Park' and a cameo of the rides.
How could a multi-million dollar Hotel/Restaraunt chain be so lame? No idea. It's why im dissapointed.

Thoughts/Opinions/Anyone seen them?

My thought is the name of the park itself is lame, almost as much as The Park at MOA. They could have atleast been creative and came up with something like Hard Rock's Rock N Roll Parasdise. Not to mention some of the major rides are no more creative namewise than Paramount Parks, it shows that former Paramount Parks Management is working down there in some departments.

You just do not get it I supose. This is the first time I have saw some one complain about the name of the park. Talk about nit picking. Lets recall that everyone known what type of brand Hard Rock is then the name fits the park. As for your comment about the rides, did you enjoy your visit to the park?....O you have not been? Do I need to say anymore?

MY GOODNESS!!! The park is NOT owned by the hard rock resturant chain! Even the hotels arent own by them! The park "rents" out their name. For example, the Hard Rock hotel at universal orlando is actual a Loews hotel but uses the hardrock name. Sure enough hardrock is a multi-million franchise but they have nothing to do w/ the design of the park or anything. The park is owned by private investors or something like that. They just sit back and collect a check for letting them use their name!

Jarvis "God I hope im right lol" Morant.

Why don't you submit your resume and show them how its done...

The park isnt all "rock and roll" so why would they name the park that? See you already a misconception of the "hard rock" scheme of things.

And about the names of the rides/resturants...you have no clue dont ya? Why not wiki some of the names and you will actually find out the ties the attractions have to them, especially "cod piece fish and chips" . Before you go bashing something make sure you do your research and know exactly what you are bashing!

Straight from Wikipedia : 'The Hard Rock name is being licensed from Hard Rock International, current owners/operators of the Hard Rock Cafe brand, to HRP Myrtle Beach Operations, LLC, who is designing, building and owns the theme park.'

You are right, Jarvis.

It is actually correct, but it scares me when people use Wikipedia as a source.

People underrate Wikipedia.....it's automatically changed back if any information is false anyways...there are nerds that stay on that site all day and try to find false info. I'm not worried.
