bleh, i hate boomerangs. Although, i kinda saw this coming... Does anyone think that they will give us a bone and add a few flats to our collection as well?

Disappointing, to say the least ~ we hate those boomers ~ but for some reason CF doesn't put much interest in our park. I do think the GP will be thrilled with it though and you must admit that the "launch" will be equated in some small way to being a super "white lightning". As for flats, probably nothing will come, but I've long lobbied for a Chance Revolution or similar Huss product. We are definitely out of season passes for next year if this development holds true.

But remember guys, there are great new coasters in nearby central Florida next year ~ we will conserve our entertainment dollars towards visits down there, instead of wasting time at our park until we get something really decent, right?

Nice to hear from our resident antagonist. Where ya been coasterdave? Couldn't resist huh?

Anyway, from my "business aspect" this is a bad move. It's more of a financial move than anything. CF has plenty of dollars, yet they are sticking us with this pile of doo-doo that would be better off in a scrap yard. And yes, like Jonathan says.......the GP isn't as dumb as you and CF may think.

Maybe you should try being an enthusiast for a change coasterdave. Or is it too stressful for ya?

On the bright side....at least we are getting something. Maybe the park will play off the old White Lightning and give the newcoaster something related to it:
For Example: White Lightning II and brink back ta joint campaign between Thunder Road and it...

I don't know but it is just a thought. Does anyone know what the color scheme will be yet?

Most of thoose numbers are outdated, the seatbelts slow down capacity. Hurler capacity is around 600. Goldrusher's Manufactor number is 3,000.

Have to say I have never been called an antagonist on a coaster board in my life. I take that as a huge compliment coming from you Swampie. You do have a great sense of humor to go along with that great passion that you have for the park and I think it is great that you care for the park as much as you do. And I am in no ways saying that I do not disrespect your view on this. I was just saying I thought it was good Business relocating it for I never said I thought it was a great idea to do it. But I will say that I have never rode this ride since it was not open when I was there in it's old park. Great chance to get the credit now. LOL!

And if being an enthusiast causes you to be this stressed out over this then I think I will pass on being one.

Strange thing is that this coaster will be the tallest coaster in the park to date.

head spin will not be the tallest ride in the park!!!!!!! top gun is and will be with its hieght of 144 ft!!!!!but it is pethetic that head spin will be the second tallest roller coaster at 45 mph

no its not. how is it that alpengiest is almost 200 ft and only goes 6 mph faster? unless something supernatural is happening there is no way they are about 100 ft apart in hieght with only 6 mph in speed :!:
