I don't know what the line used to be like but the longest I've seen it was 15 mins on a VERY busy saturday. It moves very fast.

From the times I have been there, still pretty short wait. Helps that it holds alot of people at a time, but not the wait it was when first opened.

i rode southern star 2 weeks after it was brought back and there was very little line. i rode it 3 times in 15 min (it my seem like a long time to ride 3 times. the ride times are 3min)

I actually think they did a great job with refurbing the ride and placing it and all.

The only thing is that I wish it did more than 2 rotations (upsidedown).

Last time I rode it, it seemed to last forever. Prior to 2005, Frenzoid was rarly open.

I do too On the very rare occasion it will rotate 3 times, However it would be awesome if it did rotate more than two. I also agree with you about how well they refurbished the ride.

And it's not like they can't do it, unless ours is an older/newer model than what they had at SFOG.

The one at SFOG went over at least 4 or 5 times. I think it was called Space Shuttle or something, they removed it to make way for Goliath.

Spoke with rides management and southern star will not be making any more revolutions any time soon. Sorry for the disappointment.

I took it as it wouldn't do more than 2 revolutions. One of the guys that work there could verify that though.

Sorry I was vague--I was talking in swing time. It would take a computer system change and they don't want to do it.
