I just hope that Flume and Goldrusher dont get banned from Carowinds before 2011. 2009 may see Goldrusher removed also, and Flume at the end of the season.

Why would the Goldrusher be removed? I don't understand why the park would remove a nice family coaster unless they were planning on replacing it with another family attraction.

The log flume . . . meh.

Not sure why they would remove the log flume either! That ride is always packed. If it wasn't getting the riders, I could see it. I haven't riden it in years cause I don't want to stand in line that long!

I would not mind seeing either one of the two go! Goldrusher can stay if it gets new themeing and clean the area up a little. A coaster similar to "Tony Hawks" Big Spin would be nice in place of goldrusher! But, I don't see neither one going anywhere anytime soon due to the popularity of them both...especially the flumes!

I wouldn't anticipate either ride going anywhere as these are the two that "older" people gravitate to (as well as skytower). If either one is removed, we alienate a whole group of people that don't mind spending a lot of money in the park.
