It seems kind of gimmicky to me...being basically just an overgrown Shoot-the-Chutes. Can you say "New at Knott's Berry Farm in 2001"?

I wouldn't have expected something like this from Holiday World.

Exactly, when I saw it I thought of two things: Griffon & Perilous Plunge.

That doesn't mean I wouldn't ride it at least once. But I bet it will drown you.

I have to admit, this seems more "Six Flags" than "Holiday World" to me. I'd certainly ride it next time I go, but it seems a bit gimmicky and overblown. It's also a bit surprising given the Perilous Plunge and Raven incidents to see them go with something like this.

If Voyage wasn't a sign of Holiday World's transition from "small park" to "big park", then this certainly is.

Personally, I think it looks really cool. I'll be very interested to see the finished product.

It gives me another reason to venture out to the park. It looks freaking amazing. Elevator looks scary as hell, wall of water hitting you will be awesome. Can you imagine being in the splash zone for this? Also, being able to enter from HW or Splashing Safari is a great idea! Plus it gives the park an icon.

Oh my. That looks like quite the fun/scary experience. If I only could afford to go to parks.
