No, it is the Davidson County Fairgrounds. We had to go for a baby crawling race, but we didn't ride anything cause Reithoffer Shows does the midway still. I haven't enjoying going since 2006.

While it might have been amusing the first time someone did this but the second one is like beating a dead horse. Please refer to my previous post on this but since you are married already I guess the second link is really no good for you.

Are some of you folks trying to scare her off from posting here? She has been nice enough to post here an answer questions in reference to the park not wanting to know who wants to go out with her. I think she has that part covered so lets see if we can try to treat her with some respect. I know we enjoy giving each other a hard time from time to time on here but lets see if we can cut her some slack folks?

Question, and I imagine other people are wondering the same thing. Years ago Carowinds used to have a handful of shows, but here lately they only seem to have one or two. Currently listed on Carowinds.com is a new show called "Marty's Party" in the Nick Theater, I really hope this is the only show annouced, but more are coming otherwise Carowinds Theater along with Plaza Stage(again) are dark. Is there a chance of Carowinds uses all of it's stages ever again in one season. Atleast bring back Karaoke it has been gone for awhile now.
Random Fact: In 2002 there was 5 stages all of which had shows.
Marketplace Stage(Removed 2003)
Boardwalk Stage(Built 2002, removed 2005)
Plaza Stage(Unused since 2006)
Nick Theater
Carowinds Theater

I'm sure the theatre will host a show. I would be shocked if Carowinds announces any other shows besides the Carowinds & Nick theatre. This is one of the main reasons the Nick parade needs to be brought back. The parade was a huge draw and it still shocks me to this day they ended it.

I would love to see a show reutrn to the Plaza stage and the Boardwalk stage has been removed so no chance of a show there unless they build another stage which i highly doubt. Maybe the day will come again when i can go to Carowinds and sit and enjoy 5 different shows. I really don't understand why CP, KI, KD, CW and numerous other CF parks have 5-6 shows. It shocks me.

Carowinds needs to bring back some type of Pop show, a country show, a beach music themed show in the Boardwalk or Boomerang Bay, the Nick parade and Meet the Nicktoons. Of course they have to get the people to audition for all these shows and for some reason i guess they can't seem to find any singers.
