Went back and checked; that's just the way it photographed. I was thinking my history eraser brush might have missed that one but, yeah, pink. But it does remind me of a point that's been made numerous times on this site:

Cedar Fair loves them some trash cans!

Try taking a ground level picture of something, anything, in the park, and you're guaranteed to get a complimentary trash can in your shot. It's not as if I went out of my way to take pictures of trash cans, well, except for one, but these are the ones that crept up during my Saturday trip.

The park is very, very clean.

I really dont see vortex being part of the park within the next 5-7 years. I think vortex is cool to look at, but I have'nt riden vortex in a couple years just because the wait is not worth it and its so uncomfortable. Maybe replace the stand-up train with a floorless or sit down looping train. I would rather have a brand new larger floorless, but atleast I could ride vortex without the pain!

The problem is it would be hard for any coaster to occupy that space. At least nothing bigger.

man... vortex looks SHARP in black/ silver...

Of course the downside is that the paint job would probably have to be the expensive kind.. a black chipping coaster would really look cheap..

eh... actually I think bare brushed silver with black supports would look better than black for Vortex... it would really be a unique paint job. Of course that might not even be possible.. the paint may be the only option seeing as it prevents rust.

Take out goldrusher and you would have a nice spot for twisitng scream machine. But GR is classic so we cant take it out but it does need some TLC really bad!

The Red just has to go. And to the above poster I agree, I can't imagine c-winds without the Goldrusher, its fantastic.

Red!

Rumor has it that the yellow track is being placed in the shipping containers which means they are being exported.

No, because they've been laughing at us for years.

Now that is awesome! I think black matches the personality of vortex. Add a grey train, strobes at night for the helix, a mist filled last tunnel and you would think it was a six flags "new addition" lol...
