My son is two and has a bathing suit that has a built-in life jacket. Does anyone know if they are ok with this type of life jacket or if they still require one from Carowinds for the wave pools & lazy river?

I think as long as they have a flotation device they are ok. Pretty sure they can't "make" you use theirs as some people would feel queezy about using one someone else wore. I'm pretty sure we used ours on my youngest last year, and my oldest used one from Carowinds.

I asked an aquatics manager and her response was "if it is a Coast Guard approved floatation device, then it is fine." Apparently it will say that on the tag.
