Don’t waste your time unless you want your kids to pick up some disrespectful language and actions. It is full of grown-up humor and innuendos and should NOT be attended by small children. I honestly think the people who made this decision do not have children of their own. Kind of like the waiter or waitress at the restaurant saying - the plate is really hot, then puts it smack down in front of your 3 year old.

I took my son to see this show and I don't think that there was anything that we saw that is any worse than anything you would see on Saturday morning cartoons. Plus you get to have a food fight with the cast.

I was at Martys Party last week with my 3 year old son and 7 year old daughter....and I have to say it was the hit of thier day.
This show was soo much fun, even my 79 yr old grand mother loved it.
Although the acting wasn't the best, the crazy funny inventions were just so much fun. There was nothing inappropriate whatsoever for the kids. They screamed threw marshmallows and then got wet from the giant water guns. Even that night at dinner, they wouldnt stop talking about it. It's been a long time since I've attended a kids show that I enjoyed as much as my kids.!!!! It was nice to have real people on stage talking to my kids and not a giant puppet.
Way to go !!!

Wait, what!? Are we talking about the same show? We have seen it 3 times with our children (ages 4 and 7) and we all loved it! I didn't hear any innuendos or disrespectful language. The marshmallow fight was great, the inventions were clever, and Fiona's outfits were funny. I loved how Marty called up a Dad to be on stage and also called up two kids to help him.

Please share some examples of what you found offensive. The only thing I remember that would be considered mildly offensive is when Fiona says her Aunt Bertha left a stinky surprise in the toilet.

Thanks Melissa for sharing......I guess some people shelter their kids a little too much. I have yet to see the show, maybe I'll try to catch it Sunday afternoon when we go out there.

I don't know about you, but I did not like Dead Awakening at all really. Some parts were ok, but I saw it twice and did not really like it too much. I saw the last show on November 1st and that was actually amusing because they did stuff that they did not normally do in other preformances cause it was the last night. Every single time I saw that show a ton of parents and kids would walk out of the show even though they warn you a thousand times before the show that it is not meant for young children.

I need to check this show out, probably once to get my take on it.
