So at E3 (the annual electronics/video games convention) Xbox has unveiled their Natal system which uses motion capture technology so you can interact with the game. It also features voice and facial recognition technology. Watch this short video of all the things you can do with it:

I think it looks really cool, but we'll see how it actually turns out past the conceptual phase. I know there have been a number of instances in the past where something like this is shown in a concept video but the final product is a far cry from it.
