I saw the same update on rcdb this morning around 11.

With the way it's going, it dosen't seem as though the themeing will be as elaborate as we were hoping for it to be. After all, they only have a month to finish everything up.

they can do alot with a only a month,take colosiums and stuff for example,they can do stuff like go from ice skating rink to Monster Truck/moto X jump,AND a Tuff Truck(rigged golf carts and cars) Course in 1-3 days.
