Dora is for the kids.... and kids see things differently than adults do..... that little train is HUGE to them.... and a lot of fun.
I am a huge fan of trains as well as roller coasters. I am a big pro rail/subway/light rail supporter for multiple reasons but that is another story not for this blog or thread. Yes, as an adult, the Dora train is a bit boring. But many people love the lore of the train. I actually think having a huge lift hill and a big drop above/beside you while riding the train will add to the ride, not hurt it. It should provide a great view more so than anywhere in the park. At least from a side/under angle. No way they are going to remove the train, after reworking the track. if anything, I think it would be cool to actually expand the train for next season and having it weaving under the lift hill and make it a bit longer, closer to what it was last year in length. The station and half of the track can stay, they would just have to lengthen it a bit. Just my 2 1/2 cents worth.
