Blue & Purple like the Bizzaro coasters would be nice. That way, the colors would at least match the trains.

Train's like the cobra would be a nice revamp for the Cyclone as well. S&S and Vekoma need to work something out with each other.

Whatever it is, I think it'll be just as striking visually as Nighthawk and Carolina Cobra. Say what you want about those color schemes, but those two rides now dominate their area of the parks with their new hues.

Since Cyclone sits in an area themed to the beaches of the Carolinas, I would like to see a light pastel blue track with light sand colored supports. The trains could be a light teal with dark blue restraints. Just my thoughts on it, but the original colors would be nice, and new trains would be even nicer!

I love the look of a normal green (but slightly lighter) track and white supports on arrow coasters. But I like the scheme it has now.

well what ever it is i say also get new trains. they should get trains like cobras, i think the more comfertable trains will make the ride so much better. the one thing i hate about the ride is my head banging against the harnest thing. they should have cobras trains on cyclone lol

^I'm sure that Carowinds will one day buy some new trains for cyclone if they plan to keep it in the park. I don't see any reason as to why cyclone would be removed anytime in the near future. Anyways, a good paint job would do wonders for that rides apperance.

i think that afterburn really needs a new paint job i mean i think the colors on it are fine but they need to be redone because its now blue/silver/rust. also vortex could use new colors. in fact they havnt done anything with vortex in a long *** time. since i think cedar fair will repaint a coaster every year (thts wht they seem like they are doing) i nominate vortex to be next on the list

It actually had a roof just a few years ago.. then they took it off because of bees or something.


Anyways I have been wishing for a Cyclone repaint for the longest time, and after thinking about it I thought a Deep Blue Track with Pastel Yellow supports would look good. But then I thought a little longer and realized those are the colors they just painted Nighthawk as well as Ricochet's colors. So I guess I really don't care what color they paint it as long as they DO paint it. The multicolor/dirt/grease/purple thing they have happening right now is downright hideous.

Also. Cyclone is not rough. (tm)
