Yeah, I finally went to Camden again after like 20+ years. I needed the credits. The park was better than I expected, and they've cleaned it up compared to pix I've seen of it recently. I wasn't scared to ride anything, either!
Oh, and for all you people that like your captions BELOW the pics, this PTR is for you.

This...was not up and running. It's in the perfect spot for a spinny mouse, too.

I went after 5pm at about half price. Totally worth it.

Yay! I'm finally here! I never come to this part of the state unless I'm passing thru to Ohio.

Didn't ride the Dodgem, but the looked fun.

Did ride this, and OMG it's one of the best Whips I've ridden. Granted, that's only 3, but this was by far the best.

The last time I was here, this made me sick. I opted out this time. Any time I ride a Spider or Octopus, I hurl.

See that sign? It should read "Haunted Mouse", because that's what the ride is like. You go up a chain lift, whip around, go down the hill, then up and into the ride. It's basically like a wild mouse inside. Cute, and fun. But I'm not counting it. At least not yet.

The Carousel house was overly large.

N.A.D.s! So, Dipper was actually a lot of fun. Not rough, has a couple nice drops, a long tunnel, and was just fun. On my first ride, this family took their small child who was maybe 3 years old, and in a stroller up. They actually put him on, and the Op, even with a stated height requirement of 42 inches, let him ride. The kid was NO WHERE NEAR that height. Oh well. It was fun.

How VERY true.

The park's choo choo.

Little Dipper was fun too. Not Fairly Odd Coaster good, but fun.

Didn't ride, but I liked the setting. I LOVE weeping willow trees.

The park's Swan Lake.

On the other side of Little Dipper there was a great space for a Moser Family Bounce ride. I'd be here every weekend if they had a good one.

The midway beside Big Dipper

Hot Cat was not running, and I wanted to ride.

Dipper's main drop was fun, and there was air on the top of the next hill.

The back side of the coaster. The tunnel is long.

Old school scrambler.

Not good at them, so I didn't even bother

See? Lift hill AND drop. Total Credit (I've almost talked myself into it).

The Sky Ride to nowhere.

The up charge "Thrill" seat.

The new mini golf course was actually quite nice.

The coaster could use a new paint job.

Scared myself on here leaning over to get a shot whilst parked at the top.

And Bu-Bye.

Mmmm...Sheetz! Had to stop and get a toasty buffalo chicken sub.
So, I actually kinda liked Camden. And even though it's not close, I'd definitely make the trip back up to the park quicker than I would have before. But it's hard when Carowinds and Dollywood are just as close.
