Maybe a couple of years... and really, they could stand to take Hurler with it and use that whole tract of real estate(and some) for an Intamin woodie. I just know it won't be a long time before Cyclone gets the torch. As for flats, a Chance Morgan Revolution or Huss Frisbee of some sort would do well... my family loves those rides at other parks...
I really doubt they'll take out the Cyclone, at least not for a while. When it was built back in 1980 it was a record breaking ride, as the first coaster with 4 inversions. Its a part of Carowinds history and in my opinion shouldn't be removed. The only way I think it will go is if they plan on an updated version of the ride, using the same style.
As for the ride I believe will be the next to go, I'd have to say either the Vortex or the water rapids. The Vortex is a great ride, but at the same time it is a little rougher than what people expect, and from what I've seen it has the lowest rating of all the rides in the park.
