I have to agree with Jonathan on this. If you put employs in the Peanuts characters outfits the kids will like them just as much. Even though Peanuts may be old almost all kids watch them at Halloween and Christmas so they know who they are. And, with an added bonus, the Peanuts gang is a little more Family friendly then Nickelodeon.

That doesn't really prove anything. All the parks try to sell as much merchandise at the end of the year as possible. Carowinds always has major sales before the park closes.

ok well i didnt know tht cedar fair was licensed to charlie brown anyways. its too bad the contract for nick is amost hope i was hoping they would get a ride based on doug tht was my favorite nick show ever.

was at cedar point recently. they have a GIANT snoopy superstore, must be a couple thousand square feet, plus other smaller snoopy stores. There was snoopy ***EVERYTHING*** and much of it quite expensive. People were buying this stuff in large amounts, and they were all parents/older, not young singles (duh). If they can make more money on something nostalgic with parents who have the money, you can bet they'll switch to Snoopy. Was with younger children who had some money and they all bought snoopy cartoon books, must have spent close to $40 on all the stuff they bought with their own money, and the parents spent even more. Bet that's more than they spend on Nick.

Guess we now know for sure why they didn't put together a new sound track for the Dora Train. Wonder what color they are going to paint it now? Not so sure Azul Blue goes as well with Peanuts.
